The system provides a unified employee profile covering personal and employment details, contracts, salary and allowances, attendance, leave, documents, assigned assets, salary advances, disciplinary records, requests, letters, and employment history. The employee directory also provides search and filtering tools, along with data import and Excel export.
The dashboard helps HR staff monitor employee counts, pending approvals, current leave, and contracts approaching expiry. Organizational settings support branches, departments, job titles, job grades, and cost centers.
