Quotes and agreement
The details of each project (requirements, price, timeline, payment plan) are defined in a quote agreed before work starts. Additional requirements later on may change the price or timeline.
Payment
Payments are made in milestones as agreed. Source code and final files are delivered once all dues are paid.
Revisions and support
Each project includes a number of revisions and a support period according to the agreed package.
Client responsibility
The client provides the required information and content on time and is responsible for using the project in line with applicable laws and regulations, including their university’s rules for graduation projects.
Ownership
Project ownership transfers to the client after full payment. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless the client asks otherwise.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the work completed up to the cancellation date is charged.
